Efficient Rubber Band Bundling Methods: Elastic Binder and Elastobinder with Strepper®
Bundling products with rubber bands is a simple yet effective method for securing items. There are two main approaches: using an elastic binder with rubber bands or an Elastobinder with Strepper® elastic loops.
Bundling with an Elastic Binder
Rubber band rolls are available in lengths of 1000 or 3000 meters,. During operation, the machine automatically measures and cuts and secures it with a knot. This method is efficient and minimizes material waste, making it ideal for bundling lightweight and moderately sensitive items.
Bundling with an Elastobinder and Strepper®
Strepper® elastic loops, which come on a dedicated roll for the Elastobinder. The loops are exceptionally soft, making them ideal for delicate or highly fragile products, such as flowers, vegetables, or sensitive materials in industries like agriculture and packaging.
