Strapping Machines: GOLIAT AUTOMATIC STRAPPING STATION

Advantages:

Friction welding, interval tensioning of the strap, floating suspension of the strapping unit, short cycle time. A very robust machine with few strap hatches and springs, resulting in fewer spare parts to replace. The strapping unit is side-mounted and swing-out for easy service, with an easily replaceable sealing unit (no extra strapping unit required).
The machine can be delivered with various accessories such as a sword, underlay, movable strap guide, length groups/strap positioning.
For the underlay, there are two types of magazines: a magazine with 4 compartments (approximately 100 underlays) or an automatic picking robot with a large magazine, with 6 to 20 compartments (approximately 138-460 underlays) that loads a smaller loading station.
The machine can be delivered with an extra strap frame/strapping unit for double strapping if cycle times of over 30 seconds/package are desired (for 3 or 4 straps).
The machine can be delivered with a sword for strapping pallets.
The machine can be delivered with a top-mounted, movable strap guide to secure overlays placed on the package before the machine.
