Strapping machines: GOLIAT TOP-MOUNTED AUTOMATIC STRAPPING STATION

Advantages:

Friction welding, interval tensioning of the strap, floating suspension of the strapping unit, short cycle time, top press with adjustable press pressure (max 1 ton). A very robust machine with few strap hatches and springs, resulting in fewer spare parts to replace. The strapping unit is top-mounted and swing-out for easy service, easily replaceable sealing unit (no extra strapping unit required).
An extra strap frame/strapping unit can be mounted if cycle times of about 30 sec/package are desired.
The machine can be delivered with various accessories such as side boards, top cover, bottom cover, edge protection, sword, length groups/strap positioning.
For the top cover, there are two types of magazines: a loading station with 2 compartments (approx. 44 top covers) or an automatic picking robot with a large magazine, with 6 to 20 compartments (approx. 138-460 top covers) that loads a smaller loading station.
For the bottom cover, there are two types of magazines: a magazine with 4 compartments (approx. 100 bottom covers) or an automatic picking robot with a large magazine, with 6 to 20 compartments (approx. 138-460 bottom covers) that loads a smaller loading station.
The machine can be delivered with an extra strap frame/strapping unit for double strapping if cycle times of just over 30 sec/package are desired (with 3 or 4 straps/package).
