Semi-automatic strapping station with hand strapping device, for polyester or steel straps.
The machine is available in several different designs: fixed strapping station, fixed strapping station with sword, and movable strapping station (rails) with sword. The machine automatically feeds and reverses the strap. During feeding, the strap end comes out in the frame under the package and as a loop at the top of the strap frame. The straps are then brought together in the hand strapping device for tightening and welding.
Advantages:
Customizable dimensions of the machine, relatively short cycle time, very robust machine, few strap hatches and springs, very flexible and affordable machine.
The machine can handle strapping complex packages, as well as different packages where fully automatic solutions can be difficult to make work. The machine can be equipped with various accessories, making it a very flexible and affordable solution (compared to fully automatic strapping).
For extra short cycle time, two machines can be placed one after the other (double strapping).
The machine with the associated sword can be delivered with adjustable height if you strap packages with or without a pallet.
The machine can be delivered in tandem design, i.e., 2 machines in a row for double strapping without moving the package.
The machine can be delivered with a turntable and stretch film machine, or alternatively just a turntable, for strapping on a pallet.
