Ergonomic wrapping with the robot wrapper

The pallet wrapper CSM 220 is a flexible, mobile film wrapper. The wrapper can be moved to any desired location by means of a handle with operating buttons. Due to its flexible nature, the wrapper can handle any package in size. The wrapper is suitable for heavy objects and loads with large dimensions.

The CSM 220 is equipped with a digital control panel that allows the user to change various settings and set custom wrapping cycle programs in an easy and functional way. The CSM 220 pre-stretches the film (up to about 66%) by means of a mechanical brake. The machine can wrap up to 120 pallets on a single battery charge and the machine switches off automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity. This makes the CSM 220 low in energy consumption.

Several types of wrapping film can be used on the robot (up to 23 microns). By using nano film, less foil is wrapped, which saves costs and is sustainable.
