The entire machine control system uses PLC and a color touch screen, and the control box is equipped with a cooling fan to better protect electrical components.
Optional functions: automatic meter counting, remote control, interfacing with MES systems, modifying strapping positions, selecting appropriate strapping positions based on panel length, setting the distance between straps, and communicating with the production line master control station.
