High-grade strapping

The heart of any strapping machine is the strapping unit or strapping head. How well a load is secured during transportation largely depends on the performance and specification of the strapping head. Cyklop has equipped the strapping head with multi-stage tensioning technology. The strap is not pulled round the product in one go but in finely tuned intervals. This innovative technology ensures optimal tensioning for the entire package at all times, therefore, making full use of the technical benefits of the strapping material. Can tension to 5,500 Newton.
