Goliat develops and manufactures customized machines for various industries, including the steel industry, copper industry, sawmills/planing mills, and other industries.
These are mostly machines for various types of strapping, but also machines for covering goods with packaging plastic. The goods strapped in the machines can range from large to small coils, raw copper, sheet metal, bars/pipes, lumber packages, boards, planks/moldings, bundles, building materials, food products, etc. The dimensions of the goods that are strapped or covered with plastic can range from several meters in width down to a few decimeters, and can be placed on or without pallets, etc. The weight of the goods can vary from about 1 kg up to about 30 tons. The straps can range from steel straps B=32 mm, PET straps B=9-19 mm, down to PP straps B=9-16 mm.

We are a small organization with short decision paths, with long experience and great knowledge in developing and designing machines. We also have extensive experience in single-piece manufacturing of machines, as does our mechanical workshop. After discussions and agreements with the customer, we determine whether the project is feasible both technically, economically, and time-wise.
