Cyklop Axro FQC2 M on yleisesti tunnettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu niputuskone. Sen vuoksi se soveltuu erittäin hyvin työskentelyyn kosteissa tiloissa, kuten elintarviketeollisuudessa. Kone on varustettu AXRO-lukitus- ja solmimistekniikalla, joka on osoittanut luotettavuutensa vuosien varrella. AXRO-FQC2-koneeseen on asennettu uudistettu sisäänsyöttömekanismi, jonka avulla tuotteet silti sidotaan asianmukaisesti, vaikka sitomisen ajoitus olisikin liian aikainen. Tässä laitteessa on myös solmun vapautusjärjestelmä, joka ohjaa solmun vapauttamista. Tämän johdosta tuotteeseen kohdistuu erittäin pieni veto, mikä estää tuotteen vahingoittumisen. Niputuskone soveltuu esim. Simpukoiden ja vihannesten sekä monien muiden tuotteiden manuaaliseen niputukseen.

Feed-in mechanism
The AXRO-FQC2 is fitted with an updated “feed-in” mechanism whereby products are still bound properly even in the event of premature bind timing.So this means that despite an early feed in, the machine still makes a good bundling.
Programmable Frequency controller Allows to the tailor the bundling and knotting process to the exact needs of our customers. For example delayed start, extra torque or specific safety requirements.
