De bekende elastiekbinder voor de voedingsindustrie
De Cyklop Axro FQC2 M is de bekende elastiekbinder in RVS uitvoering. Zeer geschikt om mee te werken in vochtige ruimtes, zoals in de voedingsindustrie. De machine is voorzien van de AXRO klem- en knooptechniek die zijn betrouwbaarheid in de loop der jaren ruimschoots bewezen heeft. De AXRO-FQC2 is voorzien van een vernieuwd “inwerper” mechanisme, welke ervoor zorgt dat ondanks een te vroege bindtiming het product toch goed wordt gebonden. Deze unit is tevens uitgevoerd met een knoper- vrijgave systeem, waarmee de knoop gecontroleerd wordt vrijgegeven. Hierdoor wordt er minimaal aan het product getrokken, waardoor er geen beschadiging optreedt. De binder is geschikt voor het handmatig bundelen van producten, zoals oesters, groenten en vele andere producten.

Feed-in mechanism
The AXRO-FQC2 is fitted with an updated “feed-in” mechanism whereby products are still bound properly even in the event of premature bind timing.So this means that despite an early feed in, the machine still makes a good bundling.
Programmable Frequency controller Allows to the tailor the bundling and knotting process to the exact needs of our customers. For example delayed start, extra torque or specific safety requirements.
