Cyklop AXRO FQC2 är en beprövad snörbindningsmaskin som är konstruerad i rostfritt stål och är lämplig för användning i livsmedelsindustri och fuktiga områden. Maskinen är utrustad med den beprövade AXRO spänn- och knyttekniken som bevisat sin tillförlitlighet under många år. AXRO-FQC2 M levereras med en uppdaterad inmatningsmekanism som säkerställer bindning av produkten vid för tidig aktivering av snörbindningen. Maskinen är också utrustad med ett system för slutsläppning som ger minimal dragning i produkten och förhindrar skador. AXRO FQC2 är lämplig för manuell buntning av produkter i påse, grönsaker, blommor och många andra produkter.

Feed-in mechanism
The AXRO-FQC2 is fitted with an updated “feed-in” mechanism whereby products are still bound properly even in the event of premature bind timing.So this means that despite an early feed in, the machine still makes a good bundling.
Programmable Frequency controller Allows to the tailor the bundling and knotting process to the exact needs of our customers. For example delayed start, extra torque or specific safety requirements.
