Cyklop Axro FQC2 M là chất kết dính đàn hồi nổi tiếng, được chế tạo bằng thép không gỉ. Điều đó khiến nó rất phù hợp để làm việc ở những khu vực ẩm ướt như trong ngành thực phẩm. Máy này được trang bị công nghệ kẹp và thắt nút AXRO đã được chứng minh độ tin cậy qua nhiều năm. AXRO-FQC2 được trang bị cơ chế “nạp vào” cập nhật, nhờ đó các sản phẩm vẫn được đóng bìa đúng cách ngay cả trong trường hợp thời gian đóng sách sớm. Bộ phận này cũng được trang bị hệ thống tháo nút để điều khiển việc nhả nút. Điều này dẫn đến việc kéo sản phẩm ở mức tối thiểu và ngăn không cho sản phẩm phát sinh bất kỳ hư hỏng nào. Feed-in mechanism
The AXRO-FQC2 is fitted with an updated “feed-in” mechanism whereby products are still bound properly even in the event of premature bind timing.So this means that despite an early feed in, the machine still makes a good bundling.
Programmable Frequency controller Allows to the tailor the bundling and knotting process to the exact needs of our customers. For example delayed start, extra torque or specific safety requirements.
